The little bottom section of that passenger window was VIRTUALLY USELESS on my 15 Anthem.... it contributed nothing to coach ventilation and the only thing that I ever thought it was useful for (and the one reason I wish I still had it) was that if someone knocked on my door at 3:00 AM (policeman, fireman, ????), I could crack that window a little to facilitate talking to whoever was knocking without unlocking the door or trying to communicate through the closed door.... but for ventilation, it was worthless. And as a bunch of others have already mentioned, it was something that failed routinely and Entegra was replacing a fairly high percentage of the windows.... the window itself failed, and the locking and latching mechanism would also come away from the glass. I have a buddy with a 15 Cornerstone that had the opening window at the bottom and he is forever trying to re-glue the crank mechanism back to the window.

Not worth the effort to get one, in my opinion....

Gary

We had ours replace last year during our PDI because it was fogged up. It was replaced with a solid window. We asked why, as the wife liked the vented window, Entegra said they were having too many problems with window fogging with the vented window so switched to the solid window.

Just a thought for consideration....every single window in your coach that opens, with the exception of the emergency exit window, is using this same design right?

My Ď15 CS had a small crank out window. It didnít work well and really served no purpose. In 1st year the window delaminates. The window was on my 2yr PDI list and was replaced with a solid one piece window. They said the old version had problems and was no longer available. I believe it is better and gives co-pilot a better view than the original 2 piece window.
