Passenger window

While looking to quiet passenger side down while underway. I noticed the window right behind passengers head does not fit in the cutout properly the bezel at the top where the screws are way off, the bezel on 1 side is laying out on top of the other side of the bezel there is no way it will fit in the cutout, and the wind out vent bottom window is separating from the seam looks. like it might fall out I will add some clear silicone tape it down I am sure its because the bezel is tweaked. I can get a pic in the morning if need be

I would get a picture up to CS. They need to see what has happened in assembly and address the problem so it does not continue to happen. Without seeing a photo it is hard to imiagine that the window cut out is not large enough. You would think that would have been done with the use of a jig so all cutouts are the same size.

I am getting a pic today, I think it might have to do with the slight whistle I had. You have a point I would think it was more on the window mfg, I am glad I may have found the chatter box on that side, this is the stuff to expect on a new coach. When I get pics il post em as I am far from a expert.

Our window in the Aspire DEQ was squeaky when driving, so I unscrewed the window frame and could see the rub marks on the wall panel and the frame.
I trimmed the wall panel cutout with a board cutter, screwed the frame back in and the noise is gone.

Damn window!

Mine doesn't whistle, but in heavy rain leaked into the cupholder and all over the console. I think it was lack of silicone just like the leak I had on the outdoor TV console that killed 2 TV's. There was hardly any silicone on the top of the outdoor box, same with the window. Waiting on rainstorm for verification.Ron.
