Anyone know the name and phone number of person at Entegra who schedules the PDI service appts?

When would you schedule a PDI? I have a 2021 Anthem I ordered and was Delivered May 2021. The only issues I have at this time are minor (left camera is not working) which I will figure out the CS. Thank You

You don’t schedule a PDI. You can schedule for service any time and you could schedule an AIR Annual Inspection Review. You can get one if those at no charge during your two year warranty period.

I would schedule you AIR in the future closer to the end off your warranty. Not a bad thing to schedule as sometimes they are hard to get scheduled.

They are scheduling AIR's about 6 month out at the moment. I made mine early May and their first available was early Oct. So plan the AIR accordingly.

Yes AIM, I'm old school, we go back to 2011, and 3 coaches, when AIM was a PDI

Appt are 6mts in advance - so if you want to make sure you get the in.
Send an e-mail at 12:01 am on the first of the month. Some time frames fill up every quickly.  Good luck.

As mentioned, they open the scheduling up 6 mos out. we scheduled in May for first week of Oct.
You can always contact them and see if someone cancelled and a slot opened up.
