PDI Experience . . . Wonderful!

We returned to Middlebury Friday to pick up our 2013 Anthem DLQ after the PDI was performed. Everything about our PDI experience was wonderful! The Entegra team addressed each item on our PDI list and found and addressed many additional items during their examination of our coach. We are very pleased with the entire PDI experience and give rave reviews to the Entegra team especially to Morgan, our Service Coordinator, to James, our Service Technician, and of course to Joyce, who greeted us so very warmly during our visit to drop off our coach and in our return visit to pick up the coach! It is almost like having a brand new coach all over again! Kudos to the Entegra team!

- It was great finally meeting you also and re-connecting with Beth! I could hardly believe it when Vee and I entered the lounge and you were standing there! I simply do not believe in coincidences and this happenstance occurrence was certainly, in my opinion, not a coincidence. We look forward to seeing you and Beth somewhere down the road!! Stan, it will be awhile before we go for our PDI but just curious as to about how long your coach was there.

Stan,

You mention you had "many additional" items on your PDI that Entegra found that were not on your list.

Can you quantify that for me?

20 items, 30 items...

Hi Roy and Bonnie,

- We dropped off our coach Tuesday, September 2 and returned to pick up the coach this past Friday. We had existing plans that included international travel during the time the PDI was being completed. It was better for us to drop off our coach and to return to pick up the coach after our travels were completed.

- The Entegra service technician identified five items that he and his team addressed in addition to the items we included on our PDI list.

I'm a little confused about "PDI". Doesn't PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection - happen prior to or on the day your picking up your new coach? Usually at the dealership where you purchased your coach?

If not, then what does PDI mean when you bring your coach to the manufacturer / factory?

PDI - Post delivery inspection. Our started today and we expect to be here all week. Our list was mostly little things and we believe everything will be handled well. John

Entegra refers to it as the Post Delivery Inspection which the factory will do at no charge anytime during the two year warranty period.

Thanks - Nice to hear that Entegra will do this. But I assume that there's still a Pre Delivery Inspection prior to driving your new coach away?

Also, if you were to purchase your New to you Entegra used would they also perform this Post Delivery Inspection?

Yes, the warranty is 100% transferable to one additional owner and so is the PDI if it has not already been preformed. One of the big advantages of an Entegra. You can purchase used and still have factory support.
