WOW.
Did the lower mount bolts break? pull out?
Even if the A arm is threaded, I would bolt/nut it.

Seems like they could have cast that bracket with the lower arm!

Looks like mine. Same side also. This reminds me, I need to go check them again.
In my case we surmise that two loosened and fell out causing the remaining two to shear

Dang, have appointment in June to have steering recall and shock campaign done. 90 mile ride to shop, first 20 down the mountain. should be fun. I'll climb under and check things out rather than blindly making the run

Just discovered this on our 21 Cornerstone. Spartan advises there's a "Campaign" to fix. Essentially 4 new grade 8 bolts, Loctite, then torque...

Can’t do that. Arm is enclosed so no access to threads on bolt.
