Our experience with Buffalo RVone was real real smooth. We have read some reviews that have had their RV reevaluated on trade in. They loved ours and said it was in real good shape. We ordered our 2016 Entegra Cornerstone in Nov of 2014. Again we NEVER saw one, drove one just read reviews and we knew we wanted one. I contacted 4 Dealers and Mike from BRVone gave us the best deal. Saved thousands. The only bad part is when we went up to inspect and pay for the RV we had to wait two weeks until they totally prepped the unit. What was hard is we waited 10 months then saw our unit and it killed us to go home without it for another two weeks. But the total wait was worth it! Would I go back to them to trade (of course for another Cornerstone) YES!!

Our experience was similar. We waited 10 months for our delivery of 2015 Cornerstone and the factory and dealer kept pushing the date back. It finally showed up with no notice from the factory on Wednesday before Memorial Day . We took delivery on Friday and it was a long day. Kyle did his best to brief us but it was a monumental task. We then stayed 3 days at the KOA in Niagara Falls to shake it down. I was disappointed with the delivery space and no ability to park side by side to transfer belongings.. We have been dealing directly with the factory on warranty issues and doing the labor part ourselves rather than driving six hours for service. We are extremely pleased with the coach and it's quality and have had few issues. The ride is fantastic and we have thoroughly enjoyed it.

You are right about the limited space. We were in their small service bay going over the coach. Kyle was very good but nervous. He had never delivered a 16 cornerstone. ...but not many have. Lol...before we picked up the coach we watched YouTube. .there are several good videos on the coach how to set up n get started on everything from awnings to the leveling. We took everything out of our old coach and took the bare necessities with us for wkend camping so we didn't have a lot to transfer.
