Plant Tour

What is the trick to get a factory tour scheduled? I tried an email but no reply. Also is there a set vacation time? Thanks, Dennis.

I have heard from several owners that emails have not been effective unless it is directed at a specific person. I would suggest calling customer service at the 800 number. As about the tour. Its been some times since I did it, but at one time it was on Tuesdays but I have heard that they are able to arrange it many days if requested.

Last time we were there, plant tours were almost daily. Tuesday morning was the Entegra owners in for service, but anyone was welcome to attend. Call the sales office and they can give you current information. (800) 517-9137. We saw people just stop in and someone took them on a tour. If you're fortunate, one of those will be Ted Cook or Don Brubaker. I have seen them both giving just a couple that stopped in a tour.

Entegra shuts down for a 2 week summer break during the 4th of July as does much of the RV industry in the Elkhart area.

At this time, Entegra Factory Tours are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday at 2:00pm. They tend to last up to two hours. This was the schedule when we were there about a month ago.

My salesperson provided me the number for Cody Troyer (574-849-4460) who set up my tour last December while my Anthem was on the assembly line. Kinda neat to see it being assembled.

Update..talked to Cody and made an appointment. FYI Production shut down is week of 7/4 plus the 9th. Thanks again.
