Power loss to cook top

I have no power to my cook top. Power at the breaker and power leaving the breaker but its not getting to the stove. Has anyone experienced this? Some breaker somewhere that I dont know of by chance?

Well I was incorrect. I do have power i guess my cook top has died unless I am doing something wrong. Be using it over the past month but its dead now.

We have had our Anthem for a year, spent about 90 nights in it and have yet to turn on the stove top. We intend to just to make sure it works but keep forgetting. :-)

Our first cook top lasted 1 meal. While my wife was making dinner, it kept shutting itself off, then it fizzled and the lights went out. Entegra sent a new one. We used that one from Nov-April, have been parked since then, but I noticed yesterday that the stove lights are off so checked the breaker and it was on. Have it in the shop for other repairs so added it to my list. Hope we don't need another new one.

I know it is not a fix, but we bought and use a True Induction portable cooktop religiously.

OTOH, would a GFI pop on one of the plugs cause the problem????

I don't think there are any GFI on the circuit. On our RBQ, the wiring for the cook top connects to the wire from the 20A breaker in a box on the wall behind the large drawer under the cook top. Perhaps Zman62 should check this junction box to verify that power is there. You need long arms to reach to the back of the counter.

I made this thread before I confirmed the power loss. I have since checked and I indeed do have power. I am thinking I will have CS send me a new one. Guess I know what my next project is.
