Pre purchase checklist

When reviewing a coach before purchase does anyone have a good checklist of systems etc to run through (for a cornerstone)?

do not give the dealer one single penny until they have fulfilled every stinking little detail done to the coach down to being delivered to you washed and detailed...

From several personal experiences they will try and avoid half the things the tell you they are going to do.. It's a crooked un regulated industry

They are some bad ones for sure but they are not all the that way. We have bought coaches from RVOne, MHS, and NIRVC. All three did a super job of PDI and having the coaches ready and detailed when we picked them up. The big difference for us was the hassle free process to get us to a fair trade difference at NIRVC. They truly took the stress, hassle and game playing out of the process. And their service after the sale has been top notch in every way. Out west I also hear great reports from folks who bought and get service at Beaver Coach sales. I am sure there are others also but you do have to stay on guard as there are a lot of bad ones also. All JMHO

Here is the detailed checklist we created and used on our Newmar Dutchstar purchase in 2015.

You may be able to adapt it as needed for the Cornerstone.

We took factory Delivery at Newmar which gave us 4 days to check everything on the list and resolve any issues before we drove home... It took all 4 days to do it!

It was the middle of summer so we just casually tested the Oasis hydronic heating system... Guess what malfunctioned first time we really needed it?
