Does the 2018 Entegra Cornerstone have a built in water pressure regulator?

Regardless I would still install one on the hose bib to save your hose. I’ve stayed at parks that had 100 plus psi.

No it does not have one. External regulator needed.

They do not. If they did it would be plastic and not to be trusted. Entegra says the pluming is good for XX psi. However the pump pressure regulator fails at 55 psi constantly filling the fresh water tank and overflowing.

Chuck,
I used the sharkbite suggestion from Rollin101. The fresh water tank backfill is,"never again". What a great idea.

It all depends on what you mean by "on-board pressure regulator". Another person that posts posted that he was told that his Entegra coach had an onboard water pressure regulator, and went on to explain that the salesman told him it was "built into the water pump".
Now, there is an pressure adjustment in the water pump. It adjusts when the pump shuts off and when it starts. As you start using water from your own fresh water tank, the pressure drops and the pump needs to kick in. When you stop using water, the pressure builds up and the pump needs to stop. That is what the salesman meant. The adjustment of this start and stop point is very important in keeping water flowing evenly, but also not letting the pump "cycle" on and off rapidly ("chatter"). That has nothing to do with pressure from the RV park water system.
When most of us talk about a water pressure regulator, we are talking about a device to limit the park's water pressure to between 40-55 PSI. Some parks have very high water pressure ( GT 80-90#) that if allowed to get into the coach or trailer will potentially burst the pex fittings or cause leaks. So, you want the pressure coming into the bus or trailer to be limited to a useful range. None of the Entegra coaches have the later type of water pressure regulator to my knowledge. They all have the type discussed in the previous paragraph inside the water pump.
I think that you need to keep in mind which type of water pressure regulator you mean.... but the simple answer is that you need an outboard water pressure regulator inserted in your park water supply line to limit the pressure into your coach and protect the coach from leaks or bursts.

Speaking of which .... I replaced my cheap water filter with one that is better, and my water pressure on my gauge went up to 60-65 PSI. I love the new "pressure", especially in the shower, but is that too high? Should I lower it on my gauge?

Lynn,
You’ll get differing opinions on your question. I think that pressure is fine; others will say it’s too high. I seldom see much above 50 psi in CGs on my Watts 263A stainless steel pressure regulator. When I do I set the pressure to 60 psi.
My Aquajet ARV pump is rated up to 65 psi and 5.3 gpm which is why we have always taken our showers using the pump.

I keep my external gauge right around 50-55 psi for the reason Chuck mentioned about too much pressure over-filling the fresh water tank through the water pump. I'm on my 3rd regulator, as these seem to fail every few years

Those are great!! I just didn't want to hit the OP with overload.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but am I understanding everyone that they hook up city water and still leave the water pump on? I have have a pressure regulator on when plugged into city water but the pressure always seems low. Is this the part I am missing?

In general, turning your pump on while connected to city water is fine and will give you better pressure. During the day we leave our pump off and turn it on only when we take showers. If you leave the pump on all of the time, you'll be refilling the tank more often.
There are numerous other forum threads about low water pressure inside the coach and, as you'll find from reading those, low city water pressure isn't always to blame. Turning the pump on is treating a symptom.

This is directly from the manual which is why I have never tried the pump with city water.
8. Water Pump Backflow Valve. Must be ON when using the water pump, must be OFF
when using City Water. If this valve is left ON when using pressurized City Water to
supply water to the water lines in the RV, it can backfill the fresh water tank through
the pump causing the tank to overflow. When filling the water tank from a pressurized
source, the valve can be ON or OFF
