It is! Entegra is finally going back the simple key start that works on the 24 models. JMO, it took them long enough.

You're preaching to the choir, you need to contact the design engineers at Entegra. After 5 years, they finally listen to the owners that had to go through this nonsense and are going back to the key ignition. Many owner do not even know of the " secret" switch or it's location.

It will allow you to start the coach like Brobox stated. We have coaches in storage that none had been in over a year. Not good for them to set like that. Yes it’s plugged into power, but when they finally take it out things won’t function correctly.

Perfect advice, I would add exercising the Aquahot or Oasis systems too every month no matter. Put the jacks down and back up, it helps the seals.

Chuck, like you, you know I'm glad to see that the key is returning ( https://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/am-...rt-430753.html). Now, if Entegra would only drop Spartan. I know there are those who like Spartan and nothing is wrong with that. However, I personally still cannot get over Spartan ducking and dodging the time when one side of our drive axle broke loose ( https://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/bol...ml#post5145641). We were not the first second, or third to report the problems with the disappearing bolts on the drive axle. While Spartan did pick up the repair, they always claimed they knew nothing about the issue and would not talk to us without their lawyers on the call... hmmm.

Let's not forget about the Quite Ride rear ends they were advertising after Meritor quit making them, or the DEF heads that went for 7 attempts before they finally changed manufactures, or the radiators that went on for years, some having as many as 3 replaced. I fell victim to all of the above in increments of 3 rear ends, 2 DEF head and 1 radiator. Not to mention they still do not know how to install hub or wheel seals that don't leak. I lost count of how many from 2014 to 2021 coaches i have replaced. Outside of that, fine, outstanding company.
Not get off subject, it was Spartan that put in the digital dash with the electric start, not sure on air over ride switch, but probably part of the digital dash .
