X2 to what Corey said. you can find the
black tool in your EC bag, also the instructions to adjust simple procedure. The awnings will settle over time and just about everyone will need a tweek every now and then. Mine were perfect from the factory then at about 11,000 miles I noticed they were doing the same as yours. 15 minutes with the tool and ladder I had them adjusted.
