An Entegra does not have LP, so it is a mute point, not to confuse new owners of Entegras. The linked smoke detector and CO detector work fine in the Entegra.

Then it is NOT a DUAL LP/CO as OP stated....just a CO
And if a CO only WHY is it at floor level
If CO ---OP needs to replace with working CO Detector
CO ---Carbon Monoxide (by product of combustion)
CO2 -- Carbon Dioxide (what we exhale when breathing)

Just expressed what an Entegra uses. Not looking for an argument, just don't want to see new Entegra owners get confused. Outside of that, it make no difference to me. Sorry I added a 2 by mistake

1. Located 3 inches from the floor outside of mid-ship bathroom
2. 2015 Anthem = no LP

The OEM's are generic, one size fits all for the RV's industry. There are much better units with better quality sold at Lowe's, Amazon, etc. I gave up I think it was on the 3rd unit and went to a real residential unit.

See where the confusion started
That is a CO/LP Detector and mounted at floor level
Disconnect the wires/tape them off and leave it in place
No LP so no need for that DUAL Detector
Then buy a battery CO Detector and install on wall where the CO would collect

At least in my 2017 aspire, it is the standard RV Safe-T-Alert propane/ CO detector (as shown in the picture a few posts up)(same as in my '08 Monaco and '00 fleetwood)
When mine failed I asked CS why it was there, they had no answer but did send a new one.
