Thanks everyone for the replies. I guess I will stop reading people's complaints about their chassis's and concentrate on all the good stuff. Can't wait to get it.

We have the same year and model you are looking at, bought it used 16 months ago. We have put over 20 K on it and lived in it 10 months.
Problems have been new radiator, Spartan helped but I had to pay labor, 1600.
Leak in roof, leak in Aquahot system,(clamp on heater below sink). Dash air - had to replace compressor along with dryer and flush etc. This week the bedroom door came apart at the joints. I called Entegra help line, keep it handy, and said I was a concerned with all the issues I have been having. I was told that the unit is 5 years old as if I should expect this sort of thing to happen.
I have had several issues not mentioned, have had no monetary help from Entegra.
Please go into this deal expecting things will happen and budget for it.
I am not running down the product however.

Bought my 13 when it was a year old and have had no major problems. Have solved the minor things reading this forum and working with Entegra, Spartan, and some of the vendors that supply parts. I have looked at the new models, but my classic is performing so well, I will not change for a while.

I would see if it has had any recalls done. (not many on our model) Make sure it has been greased properly, has good steer tires, etc. Maintenance, air conditioners, Aqua Hot, and dash air will all eventually need attention, part of ownership. My former coach owner also traded up to and Anthem, which implies no guarantees, but shows the confidence to buy another Entegra. I will eventually. Go for it, and use this forum for information - its priceless.
