Question for Anthem owner

As a Aspire owner I don't have one of these, but I noticed some differences between the two at the Tampa RV show.

Q1: What is the purpose of the second Inverter/Power center control. I have only one.

Q2: What is the white switch panel in the electrical control area that says "CH1" and "CH2" used for.

I'm just curious.

I quite surprised how similar the kitchen, cockpit area, bedroom, furnishings, mechanical systems are between the Aspire and Anthem. My observation of other brands is they try to exaggerate the differences more as the price moves up between models.

The ch1 & ch2 are for the dual girard awnings and the dual inverters are for more power.

This controls the double awnings. CH1 = front. CH2 = back.

To expand on this a little - the Anthem is an all electric coach where as the Aspire has some propane appliances. With the increase in electrical needs, comes the need for a second inverter.

Here's a little video that explains it all:

I have a question along these same lines. Is the residential fridge, in the Aspire, pluged into an inverter outlet or a 110 outlet? If it is on the inverter, how long will it run before the batteries go dead? Thanks

The plug in auto switches between inverter, gen or plugged in. We have the dual 100 watt solar panel that can keep up with the draw of the fridge, but without the panels the batteries should be able to last 12+ hours. Then your gen should auto start to charge batteries if dry camping.
