Like I said earlier, it is/was a known problem for Spartan chassis in the 2014-2016 years. The radiator supplier they used has since gone out of business, and that is a good thing. I had thought I'd gotten the new one in 2018, but guess I didn't (confirmed by Spartan). It is not a problem now with Entegras and if the problem hasn't raised it's ugly head by now on existing 2014-2016, it probably won't. But for the people who have had theirs replaced in the 2014-2018 time frame ... make sure you look when you stop for the night and it cools down ... look for leaking fluid.

It's not Entegra, it is Spartan selling their junk to Entegra in the form of a complete chassis. The latest was 7 generations of DEF heads that left many stranded while Spartan waited for more junk DEF heads to be manufactured. They were failing faster than they could be manufactured. Now, that is some serious junk!
The radiators are right there with what should be illegal junk being sold to consumers, but enforcement has never come.

Lynn , I'll check my records and give you an exact Battery replacement cost , date etc.
Chuck gave me the contact info and I accepted Discoverer's ( not my 1st choice but I'd been waiting about 8 months to replace batteries ) as nothing else was available at that time but then again my OEM Discoverer's lasted from roughly 4/2015 to 11/2022 .

Sorry to hear you are on the 4th one Lynn. That is ridiculous on a 2014 coach and no responsibility or help from the supplier of the product. I have to believe your coach has normal to low miles on it as you are a lot owner and spend time at the places you own(ed).

It has normal miles, I think .. will turn 75,000 when I go to Summerfest in a couple of weeks. Assuming I get my new radiator put in prior!

 Just got off the phone with them, and a fitting needed replaced, and they are pretty sure that is where the fluid was coming from ... so I probably don't need a replacement after all! Yippieeeeeee

That is great news - hope that is all. Just hope you find a battery solution - I assume yours has 8, and if replaced in 2019, maybe something is causing them not to behave correct.

I got my motorhome out of hock ... and it is purring like a kitten, and I even have red radiator fluid in the spyglass! Happy days are here again!
