Done.
I brought her into Buddy Gregg Tuesday night, stayed in their campground. They brought her into a bay Wednesday morning, and had the new Modine radiator installed, along with a new surge tank and sensor, by Thursday afternoon.

Buddy Gregg has a nice little setup, and Sue is the best. In and out in a day and a half, WooHoo!

Was your coach there last week? I think we saw your coach when we were there last Thursday (08 August). Love the colors!

Nope it was this week.
There were two other Aspire's in the campground, a classis and one that looked just like ours.

My turn. Stuck in Knoxville with a radiator leak. This will be my 3rd on my 14 Anthem. Parked in the parking lot at MHC off I-75 waiting to talk with office Monday morning.

Update. Still waiting on extended warranty to approve my repair. They have requested all of my maintenance records. I explained that other than checking level in radiator and keeping fins clear of debris is the only maintenance, they still wanted everything. Sent records last week and it is still under review even though my plan covers the radiator.

That is unreal..Might mention the company so others don't get burden with the same problem trying to use what you paid for. Thanks for that update.

AGWS. Policy was the Platinum plan (the top of line most inclusive) sold to us at time of purchase by the dealership.

I know this is off the subject, but, what park are you staying in? It looks fairly nice and Iíve been wondering where to stay around Knoxville...

New update.....received a call late this afternoon and the extended warranty will cover the radiator replacement. Whew what a relief. We had to send all of our maintenance records as well as correspondence from Spartan stating we had followed all recommended service for the cooling system. Lesson learned, keep your records in one place, not scattered between home and coach. You never know when you may need them.

Thanks for the updates Bob. It looks like they where trying to not cover the claim knowing that most may not have all service records, as if it make a difference for a radiator. Glad you got it covered.
