Rain water pouring out of 2 vents
We just had our zone 2 AC replaced. At our next stop Austin, TX we had a bad rain storm last night. Zone 2 was running and in the middle of the night we hear water hitting the floor. It was pouring out of the 2 vents above the sink. We shut off Zone 2 which seem to slow the flow. When rain stopped it stopped to a drip. Is it possible they did not seal something on the roof when they replaced the AC?

The AC has a foam rubber gasket around sealed by 4 screws, one at each corner. Another possibility is that they didn't get the drain hose for the ac hooked back up correctly. How much water leaked into the coach?

Large bowl of water
Between the two vents it filled up a large bowl of water. Definitely slowed the flow dramatically when I shut off the zone

sounds less like a rain leak, since it 'slowed' when you cut off the AC, but a AC drain plugged or incorrect connection to the exterior
was it doing this before it was raining? or only during the rain?
could be coincidental...

Not being sealed would be my guess. We had #1 A/C replaced by a Coleman shop in Denver CO, even happen to be a family friend of the DW's. Entegra on our PDI last summer said it was installed incorrectly (not sealed) and would have leaked in a bad rain.

That is what Entegra said. They checked all the A/C's for tightness, the fan blades and motor mounts on our PDI. They said the new A/C would have leaked in a rain storm as it was not sealed to the roof properly. Thankfully we had not been in any heavy rains.

It's the A/C gasket. They are square and mitered on the corners. The seam on the corner comes apart. Don't know if it's a bad gasket or a bad installation. We had the same thing happen after a recent A/C change. Take it right back to the service center that changed the A/C. They'll have to replace the gasket. Meanwhile pull the vent covers off and let the water run out and then leave them off while running the heat pumps or A/C to let everything dry out good. Good luck, don't worry.

I have had water come through the A/C vents when it hadn't rained for weeks. It was an ineffective A/C drain. The A/C can produce a lot of water.

Started after they replaced the ac and then only when it rains, I think the install is suspect. There is a good shop in San Antonio, if not MHSRV in Alvarado. Or if you are close to Kerrville Class A RV Repairs in Pipe Creek is another option. Make sure CS knows so the can reimburse you.

My living room AC quit and was replaced at Middlebury. When the techs replaced it they used 2 neoprene AC gaskets stacked on each other so the AC squishes them down. It's easy to have those gaskets incorrectly placed. My previous coach, 2013 Aspire had the mounting bolts loose enough you could turn by hand also creating a leak. CS can tell you the torque for the AC bolts.

I had the same issue when my front AC was replaced. The unit is bolted through a metal C channel with a nut welded on it as a spacer and then to the roof. The bolts were tight to the metal C channel but not tight to the roof leaving a 1/2'' gap all the around the gasket. The RV Tech I called was able to correct it with some effort aligning the spacing of the nut welded to the channel and then lagged into the roof. Yes lagged. I was not thrilled to hear that.
