Check the wooden valance around the window, behind the driver's seat. We too had an annoying rattle behind the driver's seat. It was a loose screw in a metal bracket holding the Valance to the wall.

I had a strange squeak and rattle in the passenger seat. Starting slipping glucosamine in their food and it quieted down ;-)

Have you tried putting silicone lubricant on the slide seals?

I have been told by more than one tech not to ever put a petroleum product on rubber. It will cause rapid breakdown. They make a non petro spray for rubber gaskets. FYI

I dont think Silicone is a petrol product. I think it is one of the safe things.. Anyone know? Maybe some of that 303 spray on stuff?

We have a rattle and I think it is some wires that are routed between the inside overhead cupboards floor and the outside cupboard bottom. That will be a tough one to solve.

Our "behind the driver's seat" rattle was finally traced to an aluminum chair in the storage bay that was vibrating against the bottom of the chassis frame intermittently.
