Rear toilet stopped working

2016 Cornerstone 45B stopped working on our trip out west. Always worked until now.
No lights on wall switch. Removed top from wood box and found the 2 prong power plug disconnected. Checked voltage, 12.7 good. Reconnected plugs, blue lights come on but no lower right hand green, yellow or red light.
Walked away for awhile came back, green light was on. Pushed the flush button nothing happened.
The black tank is empty and the sensors are working.
I worked all last evening trying to bring it back to life . No go.
This morning tried flushing and it started working like normal. Thought all was good but quit a hour later.
All lights still on .
Contacted Entegra tech support, didn't have any ideas but offered to call Thetford for a 3 way call to sort out the issue. Still waiting for return call.
Any body run into this problem ?

Try resetting the breaker.
Sometimes a breaker only goes 1/2 way and causes problems still showing power.
Try it, it’s easy and might correct the problem.

Try rebooting 12v power, leave the switch off for a minute.

That did the trick!
I don't know where the power comes from, the one fuse on the control panel in the half bath only powers that
unit. If it works tomorrow, then I'll know it's fixed.
Thanks for all the help!!

When virtually anything in my coach stops working unexpectedly, I recycle the salesman switch by the door and it cures a lot of problem, even the problem seems like it has nothing to do with the salesman switch. Its almost always worth a try.... .if that doesn't fix it, then time to scratch the head and think of other reasons.

I agree that resetting the salesman switch will kill off many alligators! As much as I read this forum I should have remembered to do that trick. Seems like brain farts are getting more frequent!
Thanks!
