Reboot and no VegaTouch
After doing a 12v reboot my vega touch wont recognize the vega touch..any idead?

The reboot may have encountered a problem. I like to watch the reboot on the VegaTouch screen. It goes through many phases.
You may need to try several more times. Give 2 or 3 minutes with power completely off.
Then if you travel with someone else, have them operate the 12 volt salesman switch while you stand in front of the screen and see what stages it goes through in the reboot process. I would want to know at what stage it fails....
That will help getting VegaTouch on the phone if the reboot continue to fail.

We have done 4 reboots. Even removed the Vega touch and unplugged it but no luck

How far does it get through the reboot? There are a predictable series of steps in the booting process.... have you watched the steps yet? That would give me and the company some clear idea of where things are going wrong.
Several times, I have had the booting process have a problem. Early, the booting problem was usually produced by a corrupted download software update. Did you download a new update recently?
Since time has passed since you first posted the problem, have you made any progress and have you been on the phone with the VegaTouch software techs?

Entegra sent an email to firefly telling them to call me. We are waiting still. It seems to go through the proper rebooting.

Before they called back I did another reboot. This time left it off for 10 min and that did the trick.

Good to know, thank you. I have had to reboot 3 times to get updates to fully take. If there is another problem, I will remember the 10 minute wait.
