We have just returned to Tampa,FL from our visit to Entegra for our 2 yr PDI/AIR.

Big (Tiny) Mike was our Service advisor. BIG MIKE & ENTEGRA HAVE JUST EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS BY LEAPS & BOUNDS.

We came in on Jan 5th with our Aqua-Hot inoperable & our water pump frozen up. This was on a Friday at 3pm. These guys were on the way out for the weekend. We checked in & were introduced to Big Mike; who immediately had a tech move our coach into a bay, and we drove our Toad in the adjacent bay. Mike had already secured reservations at a local Hotel for the weekend. We gathered a few belongings and headed out to the hotel. We had a wonderful weekend playing in the snow & by Tuesday Mike had us in our coach in the parking lot. We stayed an additional 2 days to get all the recalls, our punch list, & AIR completed. We left on Thursday at 4:30PM, and we made it to Tampa by Noon on Saturday.

We cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated: LIKE FAMILY!

Joyce introduced herself, and promised to say hello at the Tampa Super Show this week. If you are in the area, we will be with the Entegra Owners Group. We are in a Tan/Black/White 2016 Aspire with the ground effect lighting. Stop by and share an adult beverage & talk about what we love about our coaches.

Nice!! Thanks for the report. Hope that continues as it was the way it always was when I have been there for two long visits.

I’m glad they were able to resolve your problems. It’s always nice to hear some positive news
