I'm sort of with LWBAZ on not being so keen on the in-door ice/water feature.
Despite many fixes, our Samsung has been a pain keeping the icemaker functional. Plus it doesn't hold very much ice, enough for the two of us but we always run out when we have guests.
If you think about it, an in-door icemaker is located within the refrigerator compartment creating some engineering challenges. I'm sure this is at least part of the reason for the issues we've seen. Not to mention the space lost inside the fridge compartment. At this point I think I'd be a lot happier with an in-freezer icemaker, the ones I've seen hold a lot more ice, are much less complex and probably a lot more reliable.
For water, if you're going RO anyway, add a dedicated spigot next to the sink.
Also consider the cleaning factor, any drips you get from the in-door system get ugly real quick in hard water areas if you dont keep after them constantly.
