Removing large kitchen drawer to get to leak in 2019

Anyone know how to unlock the slides so I can get the drawer out? Doesn’t have the levers in the side like the regular drawers.

Haven't done it yet Bob but try gently lifting the front of the drawer as it gets close to fully out and see if it does not come up out of the tracks.

Tried that Gary but couldn’t get it to work. Seems like all the drawers in the 2019 are the same in the kitchen.

There has to be a way to get them out or they wouldn’t get them “in” initially so we just need to figure it out. One would hope that a quick call to customer service should answer the mystery. Be sure to pass it along to the rest of us when you find the secret.

Bob, I'm sure they have the little levers like the other drawers. Mine does and I don't think they've changed. Try pulling the drawer out a little farther to uncover the little black levers.

Not much help here, but our 2019 had a leak there, it was an Aqua Hot hose leaking. It was fixed at NIRVC in Atlanta. I saw the drawer out, but did not see the process.

That is correct.

Below are two photos of the black levers on the under-sink drawer in our 2018 45B Cornerstone. The first shows the lever on the forward side of the drawer, while the second shows the lever on the aft side of the drawer. The drawer does have to be fully extended to reveal the release levers.

That drawer is heavy, so be sure to unload everything from it before doing the removal. Getting it back in is even more challenging. We found the best approach is to use wood blocks or some such to support the drawer at just the right height as you attempt to mate it up with the slide rails.

Forgot to mention...

If you're removing the drawer to get to a water leak under the kitchen sink, the info in this thread may be relevant:

Follow Larry's advise on replacing the drawer. I have replaced 2 sets of drawer slides, the last one caused by a very experienced Entegra field Tech. Two people working together is helpful, it doesn't take much to knock the bearings out of the slide.

Those 2 levers we found we had to push one up and the other down and drawer just slides on out. Took us an hour or so before we figured it out but that's what worked for us.
