Dave,
Here is the phone number 574 206 1517. They do deal with Entegra and that is how I originally got them. Double check to be sure that I understood correctly. But I was told it is available. I believe the measurements are opening sizes. I figured you could just raise the lower frame rail on the opening.

Here is another one that has the right dimensions. https://www.amazon.com/Fireplace-Rec...s%2C94&sr=8-88

After a lot of looking and wasting time, I ordered a Dimplex XHD26L from Amazon with free shipping. It was less on amazon than it was on Dimplex and a couple of other fireplace stores. May have to shim it a bit on the side and several inches on the top but very few items are a direct replacement! So you go with the flow!

Hope you guys have a Happy New Year and maybe I will see you in Naples, FL in February or March! Thanks for all of the help!

Dave,
Take some pics and post it in parts, so others know what to use now. Stay warm.

Regards

I liked the fireplace on my 2015 Aspire, but the one in my 2018 Anthem is a definite step backward. I don't know offhand what brands and models are involved. The Aspire fireplace looked fairly realistic and was worth the space required. The Anthem fireplace looks like stupid LED lights, not at all like a fire, and the wider size doesn't add to the ambience. I'd rather run a little quartz electric heater that is only 6" wide - I'd get the heat, and the light show is not necessary. If I keep the anthem, I'm going to rip out the FP and replace the entire cabinet.

Dave, like Nathan said, when you’ve completed the install, please provide a link in the Replacement Parts Stickie above in our section. Photos would be a plus.
It will help the next guy who’s firebox bites the dust.
Thanks much!

Fireplace information

The electric fireplace in my RV is model #25EF031GRP made by Twin-Star International Home Furnishings. My manual includes this and some other models on the cover page but when I searched Twin-Star for this model it didn't come up. Googling the model brings up Amazon, Lowes, and some other sellers but this model is discontinued. The indentifying marker is the curved front of the fireplace. Here is the Amazon link:

https://www.amazon.com/ClassicFlame-...ct_top?ie=UTF8

The photo looks exactly like my fireplace. The dimensions on Amazon are 27 x 11.2 x 17.7 inches. I don't know if this is product size or box size.

This is as far I went. Maybe it will help your research.
