Thanks Dr. Mike- didn’t even realize that could be an option. Focused on the one thing, should have looked more thoroughly. Will do that when we get settled in a couple weeks.

Well, hose replaced. The disgusting green growth did not extend all the way through the hose- thank goodness. I know because we cut the hose off. There was no way that reel was ever going to come out, and the way the hose was connected to it, it was too hard to undo and then connect a new one. So a barbed connector with some hose clamps and a new hose on. Nice and secure, all rolled up. In case anyone was wondering. [emoji6]
