Replacing the LP gas stove?
We are toying with idea of replacing the LP gas stove with a two burner induction stove top.
One of our concerns is the induction stove is powered by 220 - 240 VAC with a 20 amp draw.
Since the Entegra's have a 50 amp system, does that also mean it has 220 VAC?
Thanks for you insights.

At one level yes it does have 240V. But it depends on the design of the AC breaker box. In a S&B the two buss bars in a breaker panel are arranged so that a 240V breaker can attach to each of the two legs. RV breaker panels may or may not be designed to permit the use of 240 breakers.
I have no idea what is installed in your rig.

I don't think most RV load centers are set up for 220V tied breakers. However, even if they are, you obviously wouldn't be able to use the cook top on anything other than 50A service. I would personally limit my selection to 110V induction cook tops. That way you could cook if you're ever in a campground with only 30A service.

Yes, thanks, that's a good point, we do occasionally run into campgrounds with only 30 amp service so that would be a reason not to make the change.

Why not just get one of the Induction cooktops that are designed for an RV...those are 110 and will work

Thanks, Chuck.
We have the single burner, counter too Duxtop, use it 99% of the time and are very happy with it.
Another idea I'm toying with is to make a pull out shelf, mount the stock LP stove top on of it and design it so I can put the counter top Duxtop on top when we need it.
It's a thought in progress....

I've been considering replacing the RV LP oven / cooktop with something for a while. Our oven is pretty much useless even with a pizza stone it burns on the bottom raw on top. There may be the occasional use for the propane cook top, but 99.9% of the time we use a single burner induction hot plate and a toaster oven sitting on top of the gas cook top.
We aren't full timers though. I keep thinking that Furrion or someone will come out with a drop in replacement combining an electric toaster oven with an induction cook top but so far they haven't. If we were full timing or close to it, I would definitely work something more permanent out.
The $40 toaster oven is a FAR superior oven to the RV oven. Furrion does have a two burner induction cooktop, https://www.etrailer.com/RV-Kitchen/...FIH2ZEABG.html. It shares 15A between the 2 burners, so I'm not sure how well that works. It appears to be a table top unit but it looks like it might work to drop in a cutout to be flush with countertop.
I think AJ Madison had a selection of 110V units that supported "permanent" mounting, this one: https://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/aj...SINC2B120.html for instance

Replacing the LP gas stove?
A bit of wishful thinking, maybe, but I like this (admittedly pricey) Bosch speed oven. It’s the only one I’ve seen that is designed for under-counter installation.
https://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/aj...MC54151UC.html
I don’t know about mounting it below an induction cooktop. Bosch says to do it only with their own cooktops, and they probably have a good reason for that.
At the S&B, I have a Wolf countertop oven (also pricey, but worth every penny) that gets used 20+ times for each use of my GE convection microwave. You would have to figure out how to make the ventilation work, but it would be a great companion to the microwave.
