Roller bearing ?

Found this little bearing while inspecting under kitchen slide on my 17 RBQ. Could have actually come from anywhere but didn't really know if the rollers have bearings like this in them.

Any guesses??

Thanks !!

I think it is from the draw base slides. The part that is mounted to the cabinets have them.

The heavy under sink drawer(trash can) and the pantry slide in an RBQ have bearing slides. I have already replaced the pantry slides as they were too light for the load. However that bearing looks larger than the drawer slide bearings. A slide roller is a possibility, look and listen while that slide goes in and out. Or it could have fallen out of a worker screw/tool belt. It's one of those things that when it quits, you'll know where the bearing came from.

Pull the sweep seal back to get a look at the rollers. If one has failed enough to throw bearings it could appear to be slanted towards the bad side.

I just picked up a bunch of these from our kitchen floor. Mine were from our large drawer under the sink after one of the latches broke and it kept slamming open/shut on turns until we figured out how to hold it shut. Drawer still works all right so it's not broken yet. 😉

It is not from the slide. As Vance says, it is from the side of the sink drawer. It will continue to function, but continue to get harder. In my car the black strip holding the bearings about an inch apart also came out. Replaced at PDI.

I think the drawer guide and movement is strong enough, perhaps only with the sink covers, an typical trash bag and a few misc items (note, not pots and pans as well as six empty wine bottles or two six packs of beer bottles ) in the trash. JMHO (and experience)

Dave when I come over your place we spill more than that and Winston Churchill gets his share out of it.
