RV broken and unusable for the last 6 months under warranty

I have a 2017 anthem that has been broken for more than 6 months can't seem to get anybody at entegra to take this serious and help me get it fixed.
I have been working with a young man named Jared for the past several months to no avail. I am looking for advice or a contact that I can call to help me get this resolved.
It all started last summer when a transfer switch went they replace that but it caused a vegatouch alarm saying faulty surge protector then after changing some parts it changed to it would not charge house batteries unless the engine was running then they put more parts in and it changed to AC will only run when generator is running no-show Shore power AC I live in Florida so this makes the coach unusable. I've requested to talk to Jared's manager but as of this point nobody has called me back feeling very desperate. So if anybody out there knows or has some suggestions and how to get entegra to hold up their end of the deal under warranty I would surely appreciate it I have requested to talk to Jareds manager but as of this point nobody has called me back feeling very desperate. So if anybody has a contact or suggestions I would surely appreciate it

Joyce is the person at Entegra that needs to be contacted. She is current at the Rally in Perry GA.

Joyce Skinner. Our battery isolation manager went bad (2014 Cornerstone) causing some of your issues. Might be the next part to throw at the problem.

Wait until Monday or Tuesday to give her time to get back to Middlebury after the show.

An alternative today is to call and ask for Don Brubaker. Don is a senior person in customer service and see if he gets you lined up with someone more helpful. The upper management pretty much clears out for the Big Perry FMCA show so give it a day or two more for the dust to settle before trying to push up the line.

It would help to know who you bought the coach from and where you are located.

Yes, introducing an attorney will put everything on hold until the court addresses the matter, which can take years. I don't know who Jared is but obviously he has not solved your problem. I would just about guarantee that Joyce Skinner will get you satisfaction. She is affectionately known as "Saint Joyce" because she goes out of her way to get problems solved and does miracles for Entegra owners.

As stated above, Joyce is right now working 24/7 at the FMCA rally at Perry GA, so it would be best to call her next Tuesday after she returns to Middlebury. I will send you Joyce's cellphone number by P.M.

As a potential buyer.. these types of threads with/about Entegra are increasing.. it's really giving me pause.. I hate to hi-jack the OP's thread... but...

At some point "call Joyce" isn't going to be an option, unless she is in her 20's and has a long productive career ahead of her at Entegra.

My concern - Is there anybody competent enough to handle a situation like this unless Joyce is involved and/or holding their hand ?

With the amount of times I see "call Joyce", its a miracle she is able to accomplish anything in her day.. she seriously must work 24/7..

While she may be the best, Joyce is not the only resource. As mentioned above, Don Brubaker is well qualified, and really cares. And there are others, many (most?) of whom have been on the scene since Travel Supreme days.
