Noel, thanks for the report. Can you tell if the cooling is better or worse than before?

Marc, I doubt you will be able to tell much, if any, difference in cooling. RVP told me they move slightly more air through the condenser, but I don't expect to be able to tell an appreciable difference in performance.
Noise however is a different story, much quieter. Noel

Little confused...are they quieter inside, outside, or both?

Corey, we're only talking about the Coleman a/c units. I'm not sure exactly when Entegra started installing them, early to mid 2013 I believe. They are pretty quiet on the inside, but the new fans take care of the loud outside fan noise associated with the Coleman's. I think RVP is calling it a product "enhancement". Noel

OP here. After several weeks and 8 campgrounds/parks the outside noise reduction to our ears is substantial and consistent. No loss of cooling capability. No change to inside noise level.
As previously mentioned the noise from the old fans tended to more noticeably carry over distances. The new fans generate a harmonically different sound that just doesn't seem to carry as far or be as disturbing.
Everyone hears slightly differently so different folks might have different perceptions.
I was told the "hat" bracket helps keep the lid on the electrical box from lifting due to the airflow and close proximity of the blades.
Noel, did you get extra washers in your kit to place under the fan to raise it slightly if needed? Just wondering if you had to use them.

No I didn't get any extra washers. The fan cleared the elect. box approx. 1/4 in.

Coleman Rally Discount on New Fans
At my other post re this topic (not Entegra forum) a Winnebago owner posted a rally price of $16.60 for the new fan including installation. For those of you that might be attending a rally in the near future where Coleman is in attendance this might be of interest.

I ordered and installed mine, what a difference. Huge reduction in outside noise. Be sure to install the riser bracket, it just sits on the wire box to keep the cover from coming loose and hitting the fan. I used a little loctite on all screws.
