Samsung microwave headache

GE is what we thought we were getting when we ordered our coach. We were very disappointed when they did the production change.

Same with us. That is one of the down sides of ordering a new Entegra, you won't know what your going to get until you see it. The dealers can't even tell you, for sure, what appliances or furniture will be in your new coach. We love the new floor plan, just a little disappointed with furniture and appliances. Hope to work some of this out with Entegra CS. Thanks.

The first time I tried to use the convection mode, the mw started billowing out smoke. CS sent a new mw but same model. Cooks slow (to me) when microwaving and to this day it will not pop popcorn. It's on our list when we go back to MHS in Alvarado mid December. Bah..

I have a Samsung microwave and a Samsung range in our sticks home ... can't say I'm thrilled with either. We HAD a Samsung dishwasher .... Frankly, I think they should stick with making TVs and DVD players.
