Samsung water filter change

Today I changed the water filter in my Samsung refrigerator. After installing the new one, I have no water coming through the water/ice dispenser. I have run the water pump (open faucet) while open the water dispenser is selected on. I removed the filter and reinstalled it, still no water. I hear the solenoid click on and off. Is there a way to bleed this system, and if the line has frozen where can I get access to it. 2017 44B

I haven't replaced my MH one yet, but the filter for my house has to be turned from closed to open on the filter itself.

I now have six. I ordered 3, and a month later they sent me another 3.

Are you trying to get water to dispense from the fridge with either door open? It will only work when both doors are closed.

I solved the water dispenser issue by buying a new Samsung filter and installing it.... So much for the cheaper after market filters....To verify the issue, I ran several gallons of water though the dispenser with the new filter, I then installed the older new filter again, no flow noted....
