The noise that my Sanicon system makes is not always a steady tone or noise. When draining the majority of the contents, it clearly is making a more effortful sound, but then with both the Black and gray tanks, as the tank empties, the noise moves up and down. My understanding of that variability was that small amounts of one thing or another were moving more slowly to the macerator pump and thus the surges in sound interspersed with a noise that sounds like the macerator is doing very little. Maybe I have never left it run long enough, but I dont think my pump sound ever
gets soft enough to almost not hear it running. Does that really happen?
Strangely, that surging and lowering of sounds is common for both the black and gray tanks equally.... I understand it for the black tank, but fail to understand why that is occurring for the gray tank.
However, all in all, it works great. I'm impressed, and will stay impressed until it fails the first time....
