Satellite dish

On my new Anthem....I have a "Shaw Direct" dish with the Winegard Traveler....does this sync with a Dish receiver....I'm having trouble getting a connection.

I believe Shaw is a Canadian service.

See other thread ... and call the guru at Entegra CS for setting up your Canadian service.

On the other hand, I note that your location is in Oregon, which makes me wonder why you have a Shaw antenna, unless you purchased from someone from Canada. We were able to receive "Dish Network" with a "Dish" equipped Wingard traveller while in Canada. Not sure whether you can receive Canadian in the US.
