How is PDI initiated and scheduled? Do you call Entegra and if so, how far in advance?

Recommend starting at 12 months. The slots fill up fast in the spring when snowbirds are heading home.

Let us know when you call......it's been posted that they were only scheduling PDI's six months in advance. Would like to know if that is still the policy.

Chuck, that isn't true. We made our PDI appointment well beyond the 6 month mark.

One thing that has changed is that they schedule appointments more often. They used to always start on a Monday, but now they start every 2 days. If you have just a PDI scheduled (no laundry list of Stuff to fix) then they get you in and out in 2 days. When there is a list of stuff that can't be done in 2 days, then you stay longer. I got a call asking me to move from my Monday appointment to Wednesday of the following week, as my appointment time overlaps the Entegra Springfest or Homecoming or whatever they're calling it, and the factory sends techs there to look at coaches. I could not move my appointment because I have the Spartan training following it, so I guess someone gets to stay home to work on my coach.

That is great news, I am glad to hear that. I couldn't see how the six month thing was going to work when it was brought up.

Have had my appointment in May scheduled since Feb of last year per Joyce's recommendation.

I sent Ms Skinner an email yesterday, and she advised me to call 6 months in advance to schedule work, and you won't be able to call any sooner.

But this is the opposite which was said before; as it was said that Entegra was not scheduling more than 6 months out. Sounds like it was the opposite which is you need to schedule at least 6 months in advance which has been pretty consistent for years.
