Thanks to all for the input. I was able to use car wax to some effect. Was afraid of rubbing compound but will try some of the other products you have suggested. Will post results when I get home and able to work on it some more.

Agree on Rupes, buy various cutting products, coarse to fine, follow instructions, apply wax after
