If you're using Windows probably the easiest way is to use the Snipping Tool (Start > Accessories > Snipping Tool)

You can select just the portion of the screen you want. and then save it as a .JPG file.

Chuck

I havent done this in a while, but I believe that Control-PRTSCR will capture the entire window you have open. The PRTScr key is usually up by the Function keys. In the past, I usually paste the image that I have grabbed into a WORD document and then save it as a pdf or similar.

Edit: I just tried it and that process works... grabs the entire screen.

Gary, that I knew how to do, but it's to large to post. I'll have to try and see if posting it will shrink the size.

Then once you have the screen shot, then I think the snipping tool will let you cut out whatever you want. I didnt know that I had snipping on this Win - 10 machine, but I put it in the search box, and it is in there.... played with it a bit... seems to work. Snipped sections that I snipped came out pretty small image however.
