Thanks everyone

Thanks everyone, as always very good info.

We are seriously looking at a new 2016 Cornerstone 45A at NIRVC. Not sure if we can make that happen before buys it, but we are expecting to close on our house soon. Then, if it is still available that is our plan A.

If that does not work out we will go for the 2017 Anthem 44A. This sucks a bit as we will have to order it, but that is the only floor plan for us.

Thanks again, wish us luck in getting closed on the house and starting our full time adventure.

Regards,

Jim

Generator had already been serviced. It was not part of the Spartan visit. I do my own generator changes. Easy stuff. However, over 50 quarts of oil is another matter.

Good Luck with the sale of your house and hopefully quickly so you can snag the 16 45A. We have a 16 44A and overall are happy. I'll point out a difference between the 2 if you have not noticed is the rear bath floor. Two elevations in the 45A vs all 1 level in the 44A. We prefer the all 1 level in ours. Just pointing this difference out to you. Again GOOD LUCK !

Regarding oil changes: Cummins says 12 mths or 15k miles whichever comes first so if the coach was built last May/June the chassis before that and when was oil put in engine ? I'd be looking for the dealer to do an oil/filter change as part of the deal. That's just my opinion !

Jim, NIRVC will have a slightly used 2016 Cornerstone 45A as soon as our 45W arrives. Topaz, mocha, natural cherry. Noel
