We seem to find a lot of CG's where we are far away from the sewer connection so creating additional sewer hose storage was a must.
Behind the factory door I converted the 4" PVC pipe to schedule 40 because I needed to make a turn and schd. 40 is required due to the radius of the bends being longer. My first attempt was schedule 20 (downspout pipe) and I had to wiggle the hose to help it travel through the holder. I also chamfered the inside of the pipe on the ends where the turns are to help reduce edges where the sewer hose would catch. The second try works very well.
Looking in I turned left towards the front of the coach utilizing two 45 degree bends next to each other.
Then I extended it forward over top of the leveling jack and stopped against the the air bag mount with a cap. Pic is looking up past leveling jack, new pvc is shiny black and the hose you see is the fuel fill hose. You can also see a clevis style hanger to support the tube.
Then I added a second tube right below the oem storage tube. It starts with a cleanout fitting and plug with the square hub cut off for compartment door clearence.
It goes straight in and also makes a 90 degree turn using two 45's turning downward behind the hydraulic unit with the end cap resting on the frame beside the fuel tank. Once I found where the the end cap would rest I ran two self-tapping screws through the cap into the support steel to hold the cap steady . I did not glue the pipe into the cap in case I need to remove the entire assembly. It is secured very well.
The OEM compartment now holds a 18' hose and the lower tube holds a 14' hose.
