Shout-Out for Hobbes RV Service in New Bern, NC

I may have done this before, but even if I have, it bears repeating; if you are in the New Bern, NC area and need RV service Hobbes is clearly THE BEST place to go. James, the son, has done a few thing for us this summer and it is hard to find anyone as professional, knowledgeable, as James. One thing I found particularly good about James is his willingness to reach out to Entegra and Spartan to confirm a diagnosis and the best way to fix the problem. All too often repair techs think they know it all and they push ahead like a bull in a china shop. James on the other hand is a tech who knows it all but who doesn't let his ego get in the way of doing his due diligence before commencing the repair.
