Shower floor

Good morning,

Another beautiful morning. The shower floor creaked when i was showering this am, I don't believe that is normal.

Is that normal?

I thought I had that same creaking sound too but it just turned out to be my creaking body

I'm at the factory and my shower floor will probably be replaced due to water under the tile (into the pan) which makes it soft when wet. Front corner was not properly caulked which caused the inital problem. Re-caulk may not match colors in which case, the entire floor/pan will be replaced. Tile will have to be replaced regardless.
