Sirius Radio Reception

I am having sound issues with my Sirius radio. When I activated the radio the Audio cycles on and off at about 5 second intervals. Have called Sirius and had them send new signal on two different occasions. Still no joy,,, Has anyone else had this problem? If so, would you mind sharing resolution.
Thanks,

Yes a few of us have. It seems to be in the antenna mounting. A few have had luck by remounting the antenna which is located on top of the coach. I had to have mine replaced.

Thanks Gary. I had National Indoor RV check the antenna during the Branson rally. They removed some excess sealant around the antenna but did not help with issue. Not sure how one would check the antenna lead for signal integrity short of removal. Perhaps a signal meter, but obviously do not have access to such an instrument.

Mine was actually repaired at Entegra and what they did was removed my old antenna and reinstalled it. It worked long enough to give it back to us and then failed in their parking lot. They then replaced the whole antenna and lead because I guess there is no splicing the cable. Haven't had a problem since. I guess the point is I'm not sure they know exactly either. A bit of trial and error.

I had the same problem, and it was not the antenna, it was the tuner. CS sent me a new tuner and antenna. I replaced the tuner first and it works great.

Well, at least we are all in agreement that it is somewhere between the antenna tip and the speakers. Thanks all for input, will advise when I get it resolved.

I had same problem in my car yesterday when stopping for red light it had been raining and all the trees above car while stopped cut out the signal from Sirius ,when wind blew while stopped the signal would come through, once cleared of overhead trees no problem with signal.
The wet trees must have blocked the signal.
If your in a clear parking lot than its a problem.

I've had issues several times with Sirius. It's always when it says "Acquiring Signal" and it's always been the antenna.
