If the antenna is properly connected connected to the radio, you can go on the roof toward the right front of the coach, cut away the mastic, and unscrew the antenna panel. Underneath is another screw type coax connector that may not be tight. If it still doesn't work, the antenna needs to be replaced. Easy once you're on the roof and have it opened up.

I forgot about the sealant having to be cut away. I had to do that to mine after delivery. It was sealed over with seam sealant. Use a razor knife to cut the excessive off still leaving the edges sealed.
