Fantastic!....are you in the desert south west or a more humid climate?
What size did you make the hole?...small drill bit or even small needle size?

On my prior coach I had that happen. Turns out the outer dome is held down by a bunch of screws, and not all are always torqued the same. That causes a stress which doesn't show until finally it just gets to be too much. So a cracked outer dome is not unusual.

I removed the dome (getting all those screws out wasn't easy), replaced it, fastened it down properly and sealed with dicor and Eternabond. It held as long as we owned the coach.

John,

Desert SW mostly, one winter in Florida. Used a very small drill bit.

Should we apply 303 or some other protection to Skylight over shower?

Thanks!
