Slide adjustment

On my 2019 Cornerstone the front compartment door on the PS has started hitting the bottom of the slide. Can you adjust the slide by tightening/loosening the threaded rod on the slide bottom? If so, to raise the slide do you tighten or loosen the nuts. Thanks for any help.

Nope, those are stop rods for the slide travel. My 2017 did the same thing and had it adjusted at the factory. Unless you have jacks and something to bridge the bottom of the slide I would not attempt to raise it.

Thanks. I don’t have any plans to be at the factory but hopefully this is something NIRVC can handle. Thanks again for the quick reply.

I’m pretty sure NIRVC can handle it.

Yes they can and so can you, Customer service will guide you through the steps. It is not that difficult.
