Question Slide motor controller location

Hi, Iím a new member trying to get better information on some of my motorhome issues. Looking for the location of the controller for the slide motors. I have a 2021 Entegra Odyssey 24B motorhome. It has the full slide out and the motors are out of sync on it. I called the dealer and they said I need to find the controller and reset it BUT I have looked everywhere and canít find it. Any help would be appreciated!

Look on the ceiling inside of the bays, in closets, under beds - an Integra user should be along soon.

I'm going to assume you have a Lippert slide system. Very important to read the manual.

If your slides come in or go out, try this. Retract/extend the side and when the slide stops continue to hold the slide switch for a minimum of 5 seconds. This will allow the slide motors to sync.

Alos, except in an emergency, alway continue in the direction of travel you started in. Do not reverse directions,

Good luck.

KC, I think there are some with your model and may reply, but it is a holiday weekend.
To speed this up, might try and post the same question on the Jayco forum. You share similar floor plans with them as well. Hope you get it figured out.

Be carefully of taking advise from other brand owners. Although I am sure trying to be helpful. but if that method was used on the full size Entegras, that is what this forum is, it will rip the slide motor out of the floor mountings. Many have suffered that damage by not stopping the slides on time.
