Slide Room Adjustment

Has anyone had to adjust the alignment of their slides? My bed slide isn't square when the in the travel position. It has a large gap on one side and very tight on the other. My vanity slide doesn't sit flush on the inside wall in the extend position.

Yes, I had the main slide behind the driver and the vanity slide adjusted. The main slide was actually scratching the bay doors. Not to mention the interior ceiling. Had it fixed at Precision and ended up with the factory making the final adjustments. Both work like a charm now.

That is good to know. I just need to find someone in California who knows what they are doing.

I watched RL57 new Anthem having the vanity slide adjusted at Lazy Days for the same reason you mentioned on yours.. They are adjustable, any dealer with slide jack should be able to have CS service walk them through it.

Thank you for the comments. Unfortunately, the paint scheme is perfectly in alignment with the unaligned slides (which suggests they were already out of alignment when painted at the factory). Maybe making a slight (necessary) adjustment won't make a difference with paint scheme? We're discussing a solution, if any, with Entegra.

I also watched RL57 and his DW making the same decision.....after it was adjusted, I couldn't see the difference unless I really studied it. Might want to PM Ronny and see what they decided after they had the slide adjusted.

My large slide was out enough to scrape one of my bay doors. I can not tell any difference on the paint and could not before.

Mine was adjusted because it was binding. You really can't tell from the paint - it looks fine. OTOH, while it doesn't bind, that slide still squeals every time it is used. I feel that it can't be right. Guess it's something for Entegra when I make it to the factory.
