Slide topper - help?

I replaced 3 of my 4 carefree sok iii toppers (material only). The two driver side ones are super tight in the middle where the center roller is while each edge is loose. I re-rolled them both a handful of times. Do the metal rollers on the center roller need occasional lube? Should I let the spring tension roll the material vs locking the spring and re-rolling by hand? The little one over the vanity slide doesn't have the center roller and it's just fine. I've rolled them manually with the room in, spring locked than un-roll the material down the side of the coach, than re-roll as tightly as I can on either side of center until it gets close enough to put back in to the mounting brackets than release the spring. Seems like either the center roller is too far from the sidewall (alignment?) or it's not letting the roller roll smoothly and overtime pulling the center of the material too tight. Anyone else run into this and have you come up with a remedy?

Thanks!
