Do you hear the solenoid clicking? If not try a hard reboot first.

I’ve never done a rebute. The remote doesn’t work so would the rebute( I assume plugging keypad into large circuit board in bathroom) still possibly solve the issue?

Try swapping the wires to a different controller in the outside compartment under drivers chair.

Wouldn’t the remote not working also mean it’s not in the wall switch?

I’m sure you did, but just in case when you swapped wiring to different controller you did use the wall switch for the controller you swapped to, correct.

Slide Fuses and breakers

The fuses for the slides and breakers are usually in the outside front compartment on the drivers side, on a PC board.
There are breakers on the PC board that operate the slides, and as I remember from a previous post there is a PINK colored fuse that could be loose.
Here is a message a friend sent me. Entegra recommends that we carry spare circuit breakers for the slide-out electronics module. My module is in the electronics bay just below the driver window and has a plug-in circuit breaker for each of the four slides. Three are 5 amp rated and the big slide uses a 12.5 amp breaker. One day the module failed and I couldn’t retract my big slide. Fortunately, Entegra Service had the solution. I retracted the other three, then moved the wires and breaker from the bad circuit to one of the good ones and retracted the big slide electrically. If your coach has this module I think it a good idea to include one of each in your took box. The Jayco part numbers are 0155461 for the 12.5 amp and 0218600 for the 5 amp. They are the Snap Action (manufacturer) model VB3-A (amperage).

Hopefully this helps
Bill

Bill, where did you get your spare fuses? I'm having the same problem with my vanity slide. I'm having a hard time finding those fuses on the internet.

Thanks
Don

Any parts store should have them. They are micro fuses
