Small detail to check

I don't feel this is a big problem but felt I should share this small discovery based on the potential of a larger issue. While doing some mods I pulled the top battery tray out and when I pushed it back in both bolts on the latch plate snapped off. I assume they were either over tightened during constructions or inferior bolts. Really no big deal unless they were to have snapped off going down the road and allow the battery tray to bounce side to side and beat the compartment door up.

After I ran a couple self tapping screws in the top drawer latch plate I decided to add a couple of screws to the bottom drawer latch plate, as soon as I ran one screw in the bottom plate both of the factory screw heads fell off.

Here is a pic :

I took new tek screw up to the hanger to change my screws today and they had the same tek I was going to replace them with. All 4 were nice and solid, so I left them alone. Maybe Enterga realized there was a problem and switched screws. Still worth checking to make sure. Good heads up and only takes a minute to check and replace if needed.
